Terms of Service - Airshape

These terms apply to the use of this website and to all proposals and agreements between Airshape and its clients, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Proposals and agreements

Our proposals are valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed when you accept a proposal in writing or by email.

Payment

Projects are invoiced per phase as described in the proposal. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

Intellectual property

After full payment, the rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client, unless agreed otherwise. Airshape may show the work in its portfolio.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the project concerned.
