Airshape respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, used only to answer your enquiry.
• Newsletter: your email address, used only to send the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the website secure.

Cookies

This website uses functional storage only: it remembers your light or dark mode preference in your browser. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded videos from YouTube or Vimeo are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you press play.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and at most two years. We never sell your data, and we only share it with processors that help us run this website, under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@airshape.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
